Today didn’t go so well. I’ll just exercise tonight, drink a lot of water, and hope for the best tomorrow

My advice to my fitblrs: Do NOT believe to everything you read..or at least don’t take it in the most literal sense.
For example, I saw a picture with a caption that read, “People who run an hour a day burn more calories during the day than those who do not run.”
Well, um..no shit. Anyone who exercises, whether in motion or at rest, will burn more calories  than someone who never exercises. Regardless of if they run an hour a day, do yoga, swim, cycle, play basketball, whatever. There are a lot of very impressionable people on tumblr who might not understand a saying like this. And will go, “I want to burn more calories during the day. Let me just ditch my current routine and run for an hour.” You can honestly lose weight from running for 10 minutes a day and regulating calories. I mean if you run a mile or two a day, you are obviously burning calories. And what happens if a person runs an hour a day, that’s great. But are they going to get defined abs, a six pack, big arm muscles from running? No. And I’m sure they are trying to lose weight everywhere. Yes running helps a little everywhere but it is mainly for your legs. And I don’t know about you, but the average person would be tired after running a day. And I know everyone has time to exercise. But does every one have an hour and a half or two to exercise? Highly unlikely. And they need extra time to work out the other parts of their body. In addition, they have to be changing up their routine for maximum results.
See the picture above? This is Miranda Kerr,  international super model, my biggest inspiration, she looks amazing. She says that she works out four days a week for 75 minutes. That’s all. Is she doing an hour of running a day? No, and look at her. There is more than one way to do things. People really need to stop posting and reblogging things with misleading information.

Anonymous asked: hi, i want to know if how many times and minutes do you work out a day/week? and what workouts do you do especially for you belly and inner thighs. thank you!

I workout on the treadmill, normally a fast walk at 4mph on a small 1 or 2 incline for anywhere over 45 minutes, because it’s great cardio to go longer than faster, and if I’m feeling good ill knock it up to 6mph
Though I just got an elliptical and did 20 min. On that today and sweat was pouring down my face, I highly recommend it, it works the legs and glutes and core as well
As for abs the bicycle crunch is a go to for me, I’ve been trying to incorporate other an exercises in my workout lately, I’ll let you know!
